Abstract Submission Guidelines

Given that the accepted abstracts will be published exactly in the form they are submitted, authors are kindly requested to adhere to the following guidelines:


üLanguage: English 


üThe name of the presenting author should be indicated with an asterisk (*).


üMinimum abstract length in total (including title, names of authors and affiliations) is 150 words, the maximum length is 300 words.


üAll contributions should be submitted through the online system or email and Accepted Abstracts will be notified via e-mail.


    Guidelines to Webinar Presenters


üEach keynote speaker will have 20 minutes for presentation. Please plan your talk for 17-19 minutes to allow for introduction and Q&A session at the end of your talk. 


üThe webinar will be in English language. 


üAll featured speakers accepted papers at the virtual conference will be presented using a pre-recorded video and will need to create a 10 minute video that will be used during the webinar.
